Heritage Realty Solutions is a real estate investment company based out of Morristown, NJ.
We purchase discounted, local properties that are in need of repair and either hold them in our own portfolio or turn around and sell them for a profit, typically within 6 months depending on the particular property.
We buy properties in all kinds of situations, but with one common denominator…….we buy them at a discount! Typically these properties are in need of extensive repair. That means they have built in potential value.
We are unique in that we not only have the experience to locate these properties, and negotiate to buy them, but we also have the in-house ability to renovate these properties at a very low cost! Then we can also market these properties ourselves to sell it quickly. We know we can sell the properties quickly because we have saved so much money during the process due to our “effieciency”. We can afford to market the property for sale at a discount to the retail buyer. Every buyer these days is looking for a great deal……and they should be, it is a buyers market!!
We can offer these properties at a discount and they are usually completely redone. They compare very favorably to the rest of the market. That is part of the security we offer to our investors. We know what we are doing from start to finish and we have seeked out a particular market that is very desireable and fits our “model” very well right now. When we are done with a project, we usually have buyers “chomping at the bit” to buy it. That is becasue it is a beautiful, updated home in a great neighborhood and it is priced very reasonably!
